2012-05-02 : Club Constitution, Rules and other Documents Ready
Ater much drafting and re-dearfting, the Club Consitution Rules and documents are finally ready.
This has proved quite a task in drawing up documents, not only for ourselves, but at the same time a model and framework to be used by other clubs as well.
Our intention was to immediately set a standard with regard to not only club management but also deal with issues of transparency and participation from the onset.
This is now done and also feeds into the club assistance programme run under the Royal Guard Chess Foundation.
